Interesting they sold about half a dozen mid-December as well, so new stock still coming for them. I had one in my cart at one point but someone snagged it just before completing the purchase.

I got mine from SoundsHaarlem a few weeks back, shipped to UK. No issues, fast service.
Been checking daily if any pop up. Will keep on checking but doesn't look good online. Best place to find one is over @ the Lost Dogs Forum or your local record store to see if they have any in stock.
I am writing to you regarding your Pearl Jam order.
We deeply apologize for this delay and mess it has been. Unfortunately our supplier promised and promised us, but we never got any LP's in the end.
Just today they wrote us this letter:
Hi everybody,
We have just been informed that there will definitely not be a new pressing for the Black Friday Pearl Jam – MTV Unplugged vinyl release.
Really sorry about this, we did what we could, but the master owner has the last say of course.
I think everyone already knew this but them (hence why many of us asked for refunds a few weeks ago). You should probably be skeptical when it comes to getting RSD releases after RSD. If you're going to get some, you probably aren't going to get many. To leave it up for sale with unlimited copies is not cool :(

It's the Amazon way of doing business.
Least with Amazon if I want your order cancelled & get your money back, they will. They won't say no. CD Market, different story. I asked to cancel my order. It's been over 30 days & no update. I placed an order cause I wanted a Euro copy, different then the one sold in Canada. They told me they couldn't cancel my order cause they were waiting for their stock to arrive. Glad I paid with PayPal. I escalated a dispute with PayPal. In their comments CD Market said they couldn't cancel my order as they had to wait for many more weeks from their disturber till they receive stock. And yet their page was still taking orders. Within minutes PayPal was on my side & refunded my order.

I think their strategy was to get let the Paypal timeline for dispute run its course judging by the shipping timelines. They urged me to keep waiting when I wanted to cancel and even claimed to not see my previous emails, once I initiated contact through Paypal, but I pushed a bit and they willingly obliged after a couple days. But lost money on the double exchange.

Did you get 100% of your money back, or did you loose a few bucks due to the exchange rate changing?

That's rough. I asked them once, they asked me to wait a little longer, 2 weeks later I asked more sternly and they sent the refund. It wasn't that bad. I did lose on the FX, but that's a pretty standard Canadian thing as we tend to buy things in other currencies.

Yep. Few Euro record stores are still waiting to receive their stock. With the holiday's postage has been pretty slow.
