    A little disappointed that I ordered on August 10th and they didn't have enough first run pre-orders to get through even the initial day's sales.

    It can take upwards of 6 months to press vinyl (usually it’s around 3-4) this is not an unreasonable amount of time. Especially since they probably waited to gauge the interest before submitting for production.

    I hear ya on this statement. My order still shows in the warehouse. I have yet to even receive a shipping notice despite the quote above recognizing 99% have shipped. Guess I'm part of the 1%.....ha!!!!

    Hello I need help.  I ordered  PEARL JAM SEATTLE 12/8/1993 VAULT #9 VINYL

    SKU: 7529-VINYL.  but I received a CD instead today from NUGS.  is this correct?  did i order a CD thinking it was a vinyl?  can someone point me in the right direction.  thanks

    Have the next wave of Vault 9 vinyl shipped out? Tracker hasn't updated since the 4th of December.

    Hi. The same thing happened to me regarding a mixup. I ordered a pre-sale vinyl at $50, plus $18 shipping… But I just received a CD today.  Does anybody know how to resolve this? I sent an email, but is this happening to a lot of other people?  I checked my order history and I definitely ordered the pre-sale vinyl, and I did not order a CD at all.   But received a CD from nugs.net .

    Same deal here.
    I ordered the vinyl, received an email from 10c saying it is shipped, then received an email from nugs.net saying that the CD has been shipped. I checked my order history and confirmed that I did indeed order the vinyl.

    Wondering if I too am receiving the CD as my UPS tracker hasn't updated on the vinyl in many days now.

    I received a queue for shipping email from 10C yesterday for the vinyl. Hopefully that means it will go out by end of week.

    Same thing happened to me. I emailed Nugs and they straightened it out, and said keep the CD as well for their mistake. They'll straighten it out if you contact them.

    Is the streaming of Vault 9 on other services outside of Nugs really only for a day?Putting the  on othentire catalogueer services would be much appreciated. Happy and safe holidays, everyone
