Yes it did...and that box is now in my non-10club recycling bin.

Anyone know, is there two different pressings of this. EU release and the US release. Were they manufactured in different places?

So my EU copy had a damaged LP2 and there was no replacements. 10c US kindly offered to replace it but the replacement looks like a different pressing. My 2 good EU discs had a machine stamp (not handritten) on them but the replacement that came from the US didnt. The replacement also had an additional embossed circle under the labels.

So what does everyone think, different plant or just different machinery in the same plant.

I think everything else looks the same. I think they might have been pressed at Cascade again. Its slightly annoying the OCD in me that I might have a EU/ US mixmatch now.

Anyone shed any light on this?

Give a little more detail of the runouts of each, and I can help you.

Yea, but my guess is you have two different pressing plants. They both press the same plates, so the sound will be exact, but you could definitely have different pressing anomalies. From what I can tell, these are pressed the same as #8, the US at Cascade and the EU at GZ, both using the same plates plated at RTI... so that is why I will not hunt out a EU copy.
