Maybe, they're still in the shop, but out of stock.  I wouldn't be surprised if a few more come available in the shop after everything gets sent.

I have on a few occasions. And last euro tour i caught jeffs pick in a water  cup and i was so excited  . It turned out to  be a mike t.o.t.d pick jeff took from mikes mic stand.

I have a Jeff pick but am not sure how I got it.  I think it was at Charlottesville.  At Dallas I got one but gave it to the person next to me as she was a Jeff nut.

I did catch a pick that MM actually used.  That is one of my favorite items.  I think it was during DTE.
