    I was thinking this was going to be more of an easier game for the Patriots. Just due to how well the Patriots play against young quarterbacks  and their continued domination of the East division.

    His contract is up at year's end and the team can not franchise him.
    He becomes an unrestricted free agent for the first time ever come March of 2020.

    Thanks, you seem to know quite a bit more than I. Well, I hope he stays or retire cause there’s something to said if a player can play for one team for 20 years or more. Hard to see him in ANY other jersey.

    Josh Gordon experiment looks like it’s over. He wasn’t dynamic this year. K’Neal Harry/Meyers will probably play X and Sanu/Edelman/Dorsett handle Z/slot. 
    If they limp along until Wynn comes back and that human turnstile Newhouse is back on the bench this offence is set up to play perfect complimentary football with that D.  Ball control, run the football. Opening drive against the Jets? Demoralizing to ANY team.

    Wynn hopefully back after the bye, Harry back next week. If those 2 can remain healthy and contribute (let's not forget they are the top picks from each of the last 2 drafts so the ceiling on each is high), the offense should be fine. Defense is more than fine. So health and Ted Nugent would be the only concerns going forward if those 2 return and contribute.

    Myers is already showing flashes and looks to have gained some trust from Brady. I'm really excited to see what Harry can do when he gets out there.  Bummer for Gordon and I'll always cheer for him, but he hasn't been great this year (knowing he's been banged up). I think the roster spot was too valuable for them to wait on him to get healthy.

    No greater deficiency than sending punt team out on 4th and 11 down 17 late in the 4th Q and realizing, "wait we should go for this", and then deciding we can't afford to burn a timeout even though the play clock, so lets take the 5 yard penalty and attempt 4th and 16 instead.
    Freddie Kittens should have been fired on the spot, mid 4th quarter and forced to hitchhike back to Ohio. D-u-m-b.
