That list above hasn't even got one of the already announced shows correct, haha!
lol
"...Dimitri...He talks to me...'.."The Ghost of Greece..".
"..That's One Happy Fuckin Ghost.."
“..That came up on the Pillow Case...This is for the Greek, With Our Apologies.....”
OMG great news then. In that case I think it will be BBK live, Mad Cool already announced its headliners and I don’t have any hope to see a solo gig in spain.
I will take the lack of “No” from dimi on this one as a good sign
Those places would be so awful I should to stake out the whole thing.
Well, given that they barely visit the country I am not going to be picky. Let’s see if he comes eventually
I pray for a Liceo kind of venue. Let´s find out. Hopefully sooner than later..
26/ 05/ 00 -Velodomo Anoeta -San Sebastián.
02/ 09/ 06 -Azkena Rock Festival- Vitoria -Gasteiz.
Sometimes I love putting together the clues, I’d kinda like to know if I can celebrate my birthday with PJ friends. Do I organise a party at home or not lol.
I really hope the venues aren’t 20k ones though. Part of the joy of seeing Ed live for me is the feeling of intimacy and experiencing him in venues you’d not see Pearl Jam in. To then start seeing him in much bigger places changes the atmosphere. It’s why I don’t want to see him at festivals. Though we are going to see The Who gig, that for me is a different thing altogether.
Travelling for me is a given, Cornwall doesn’t have many links lol, but I’ll have to be selective.
2009 - Manchester. 2010 - Dublin, Belfast, London, Berlin, Arras, Werchter. 2011 - PJ20 i & ii, Montreal, Toronto i & ii, Ottawa, Hamilton. 2012 - Manchester i & ii, Berlin i & ii, Stockholm. 2014 - Amsterdam i & ii, Trieste, Vienna, Berlin, Leeds, Milton Keynes. 2016 - Boston Fenway i & ii, 2018 - Amsterdam i & ii, Pinkpop, London i & ii, Padova, Krakow, Barcelona, Seattle i & ii.

*Waves from temporarily from Devon and usually from Cornwall* Imagine Ed at Princess Pavillions in Falmouth! Never gonna happen but just imagine it! Me and my dad are also gonna trek up for the Who, as you say it’s a different thing all together. He’s a massive Who fan and also likes Ed and PJ, I also like the Who so good all round for us.
@Magic_J - I’m from/in Falmouth. I love the Princess Pavilions, just a walk from home. Where are you? I think Eden would be amazing, that or Perranporth Beach. I’d even take Boardmasters!

I love those songs, tho. Id totally see another EV show.
I mean, im as anxious for more music as anyone, but I won't look a gift horse in the mouth.
What is the gift horse, playing the same (essentially) solo show for a decade?
I just watched a streamed Neil young crazy horse show (hes streamed 4 the past week) where he changes it up nightly, plays new music, and it costs 20 bucks a year (oh, and I get access to his entire catalog of music, videos film in high def quality). I'd like more of that and less of hanging with the Ricketts
Maybe he has something cooking, which would be great, but he has 1 new song in 6 years. Let's go ed

It‘s not that he toured his albums heavily. This is the second time he visits most of the European countries on the tour plan. I don‘t care how old his material is. Most people haven‘t seen it.
^^^^This. Not to mention, he hasnt played to stadiums. Just very small theaters in select cities. And even if you saw one show, he had enough in his solo catalog for a mostly different show the next time around.
@dottles I’m in Torrington North Devon at the moment (had to move around a bit for work training the last few years) but more permanently based in Truro and St Austell areas. Oh Eden would be amazing too, or the Minack in the summer! Ed would love Cornwall he needs to do a gig there 😄
