Great music for a Saturday morning!

  • New album will be out next month.  You can pre-order it.
I had tickets for the Dallas show in September but it was one of the ones cancelled because Roger had bronchitis.  Now rescheduled for April 27.

  • Just seen something on FB about the 40th anniversary of the Cincinnati tragedy.
I didn't really know too much about it so watched and read some content online.
    Totally tragic and avoidable.

Wow. Was the band subdued? It must have been hard to perform after what happened.

  • Who's Next is their best album. Change my mind.
I've been listening to it lately. Whilst looking for another dvd in my drawers last night I found the Classic Albums episode dvd for this album. I totally forgot I had it. Ended up watching it. Pretty good.

Yeah, Who's Next is pretty hard to beat.  I have soft spot for Sell Out and A Quick One..., but Who's Next is way up  there in the world of rock, for sure.

    Tommy and Quadrophenia are masterpieces.

Live at Leeds is a legendary live album.

Who's Next? and any of those three are tops, depending on mood.

The new album is fantastic, they have no right to make an album this good at their age...in fact it's the best rock album made by any artist at their age, PT is still the best songwriter in the world! Just amazing, it really is incredible to have this art from this band in the year 2019!!

I was thinking studio albums but,  heaven forbid, if I could only have one Who record it would be Live at Leeds.  Definitely my all-time favorite live album!
