Easily. And yet I still subscribe to Netflix but not Hulu. The only reason I keep it is that I'm grandfathered in at $9/month for life. But yeah, at this point even Youtube is better than Netlfix.
Seattle N2 is way overrated in the scope of the band’s great shows
Grievance is one of the best songs that never gets the love it deserves
Your skulls point is a good one. I've wondered where that came from. You're not Slayer! Though I'm a hypocrite because I have a Riot Act era skull t-shirt with the crown as part of the skull that I really like!
The studio versions of RVM (jam is always too much noise for me), State of Love and trust, and Once (the way he sings and drags out certain parts of these songs hurt them for me live) are all superior to live versions.
Just a guess, but have to think this is a pretty popular opinion. 3 studio albums plus Lost Dogs and Benaroya Hall. Sprawling tours of North America and Europe. Brought out some awesome openers on the road.
Ya you could be right! My thinking on that is that they released their least popular albums (in the general public’s eyes) during this time, and that’s it. Haha. But around here those records are deservedly well loved, and the shows were amazing. Eddie was also doing the pre-show songs during that era too which was always a nice add on treat. I agree with you, 100%.
I think some of the 'Announcements' need to be cleaned off the front page. If you haven't pre-ordered Live at the Orpheum by now, you probably aren't going to. Or can't.
Ticketmaster is misunderstood and really puts its customers over profit.
If your band is down to one original member, time to retire your bands name. I'm looking at you, Don Henley & Donald Fagen! And especially Yes.

Although Superunknown is an incredible album, I prefer Down on the Upside and Badmotorfinger when I listen to Soundgarden.

I would love to hear an explanation on this.
I’m not sure I’ve ever been high enough to think that.
Bernie Leadon played live with the Eagles very recently.
Another one for me-DTE I usually skip. Uninspiring-though it's way better live. Saw it in Stockholm and Ed's high note was incredible-gave me goosebumps until he said "Oh shit that was fucking good" at the end of the verse haha!

As long as the band has a say in setting those prices.

As they run their own secondary market? Puh-lease.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata
I love kevin bacon and patrick swayze but i have never understood the attraction of dirty dancing and foot loose. Don't even get me started about blair witch project.
Interesting thread...a thread I started got CLOSED because of why i dont know, perhaps someone was offended...but I simply asked to start a conversation similar to this...so much for freedom of speech. I guess they don’t believe in freedom of speech unless they agree with the viewpoint.

Iggy Pop ('98) and Sonic Youth (2000) did not interest me.
As far as PJ opening acts go, Ben Harper in 2010 was boring as hell.
