Chicago's "claim" to Chelios?   He was born & raised in Chicago and was a Blackhawks fan growing up ya fool!
Ok, ok.  I went too far and deleted a bunch of my statements. I had bought into twenty years worth of Chelios interviews about how Detroit is his home, spent his best years there, raised kids there, blah blah blah.... but I just read that he left the Redwings organization in July for a return to Chicago.

What does it matter who he won Cups with?  He's still born and raised in Chicago and a Blackhawks fan.  Not his fault the owner was a cheap ass dickhead in the 90's.

I will never forgive Chris Chelios for this cheap shot of the Flyers Brian Propp in the 1989 playoffs .  He leaves his feet to jam his head into the glass.  no matter how great he was  f that guy.

Present Tense and Whipping aren't played enough

Not for the next album, but as a quick follow-up I'd love to see PJ do an Acoustic album

Didn't Montreal trade him to Chi because he got caught pissing in public and then fought the police officers?

Yes.  And wasn't he the Olympic USA hockey captain that led the team in a beer drinking fest in '98 Nagano that led to an early round ousting from the tournament?  (Yes, he redeemed in 2002 as Captain winning Silver).

Yeah they lost in the Quarters that year and their only win in the entire tournament was against Belarus in group play.  But at least they lost to the eventual Gold Medalists

-The bootleg download process is most antiquated process I'v ever seen.
-The Home Shows were overrated (Attended both Seattle shows)
    -Baseball stadiums suck for concerts
-The band has lost that DIY feel with all this merch and baseball related garbage

People always say "Aww, come on, you're not dressing up? Have fun for once!"  As if dressing up is the only way to have fun.  Halloween is like the prom, a complete waste of fucking money for one whole night.

agree. only time i find it acceptable for an adult to dress up for Halloween is if you are doing something in tandem with your child.  adults who dress up for themselves is dumb.  it's a child's holiday people

New Year’s Eve is also a huge waste of money. @pjhawks totally agree with you. If my son wants me to dress up and trick or treat with him then I am in.

I think they are the funnest parties in existence! Halloween costume parties trump every single other party every time IMO. Everyone drops their inhibitions way more when they're in costume and get way sillier, which makes for a way more fun party, lol.

Here, here! Cheers for Halloween, costumes, parties and cheesy movies and music. It's one of my favorite "holidays". Overall October rocks. True fall weather, my B-Day (and John Lennon's), my best friend's B-Day, our wedding anniversary, PJ's anniversary, Halloween, best seasonal ales. I love this month!

    Edit: Almost forgot, playoff baseball!

Although Crown of Thorns is a nice song, I'd take every single song I mentioned over it.
