    I am so thankful for the 4 shows I saw in Chicago and Boston.

    Got to hang out with my old friends-   ed243421, @tempo n groove and his girlfriend, @oftenreading, @halifax2themaxx, @jjflash and his friend, SusanD, @Dankind and his wife. just missed my friends @DerbyDave and LeeAnn and @FuckMeintheBrain and his wife, @PatP and I am sad about that. Made some new friends like @PorchGirl at the preparty and in the merch line. want to thank the Floridian couple in Boston Turf A5 for being so fucking cool to me and my wife.

    I realize that half the fun of travelling to PJ Shows is seeing my friends from the boards.

    Remember?  They even gave us rain ponchos.  Oh, wait.  You didn't need one because I got you set up with the 99¢ Target special.  Meanwhile, those of us with far more expensive rain gear were left to the TSURT freebies. :lol:

    I got to be on the rail for my first GA show at Wrigley 1. Only waited from 6:30AM day of show and got to be on Mike's side. Was showered with picks and got to give some of them away to friends I made at the show. I even gave one to this little red headed girl who was waiting at the end with her dad to get a setlist, but they didn't give any out. I had one more of Mike's picks in my pocket which I wanted to keep as a souvenir, but decided to make her a little happier and gave it to her. The joy and excitement I saw in her eyes when I asked her if she wanted it was better than any souvenir. 

    I also made some lasting friendships on that GA line as well. Everyone I've met was awesome...this is truly the meaning of "Jamily"

    My Redwings are gonna be lacking this year, too. Especially with the end of Zetterberg. I feel your pain. But, to keep positive..... none of our teams have a losing record yet!
