Willing to part with my Kong poster

I don't want to sell it, but I need some cash for some home remodeling projects. I would really like to get $1200, but I will consider all reasonable offers. The poster is flawless. It sat in it's tube since that MSG show until last month when I took it out to snap some pictures.
