7.  When you close your eyes, it looks even better in person. (I actually bought the variant because I kinda like it, but I really can’t explain why)

That's a perfect example, and the first one that comes to mind for me too. I vary between which one I prefer: the traditional original, or the Mariners blue/green. As someone who grew up in the PNW/Vancouver, I tend to lean towards the M's variant.

Honestly I like the Berlin poster and that’s it. The rest just aren’t my cup of tea.

I dont like the emek at all.  If it was by a lesser known artist there’s no way it goes for the prices its going for.

I like London 1 and  Barcelona.... Most of them have been great.  But I really think they have all pretty much be at least good.

To me, the Rome Emek is the clear best of the bunch.  I think the prices on Ebay are ridiculous and have some impact from the artist being Emek.  It may not wow some people, but it isn't terrible like some of the others.  I don't have to look at it and decide whether it is an octopus or an alien octopus.  It isn't an Iron Maiden poster.  While the Berlin message is great, the image looks like it is from a kids book.   The Rome image and the tiles go right in line with the old sites I was visiting right there in Rome, so I could connect with that component of the poster. 

Padova is really good too.

Decent posters, just a shame it is very difficult to get hold of them! Was at Prague and Krakow, but didn’t get either. Hopefully they will be on sale here soon, but it is all about timing and being on here at the right time!
