Uhh, it just cost me £3 for a ticket, is that right?

So that just cost 79 Kc, that's outrageously cheap. I'm 91 on Wagon 349 if anyone wants to sit next to me.

Where and how did you get it that cheap?
Initally, I thought it was 624 Kc, but after searching for the Praha hl.n to Krakow Glowny 10.24 to 17.03 train, I clicked on "I just want to" then you can choose your sit. Then it billed me with 79 Kc and I received my ticket.

I see that too but it says its reservation only and not a ticket for me. Not sure what that means...

That's what I was thinking. Maybe I'll fire an email to them.

Sounds like you've reserved a seat, but still need a ticket for travel.... when i booked my sleeper, I had to buy a ticket for travel, plus tge reservation cost of the sleeper carriage.

Ah, I see. I think I know what I've done wrong then. I've emailed just to clarify, hopefully I get a coherent answer back.

You can cancel bookings, so I might just cancel this one and do another. I should have clicked on the 600 Kc instead of being cheap skate...

When you book you have an option to buy a ticket without reserving an actual seat or you can pay a little extra and secure the actual seat which is probably a good idea. I booked two tickets on the overnight train under a second class fare and then upgraded to a double sleeper berth. That cost me about 2000 czk total.

Thats good, it cost me nearly 1900 czk to do it solo
Hi all. i'm late to the party but I'm reading up on all the ideas that everyone is bouncing around for this leg of the journey. it's really helpful to have so many people that want to work together. I just booked the train (car349 in 2nd class). they didn't charge extra for the specific seat assignment and it appears to be a car with only 2 seats side by side. the web is a little more clear when you translate it into English.
now all that's left is getting a ticket to the Krakow show. my travel partner bowed out for this leg of the trip (i'm coming solo from Canada), so I have an extra Prague GA to trade for a Krakow GA if anyone is interested.

Just booked 95 and 97 in wagon 349. Just did the reservation. I sent an email about how and when we purchase and pay the actual ticket
I cancelled and rebooked the same seat, paid for the ticket and reservation. I think you can pay for the actual ticket at the train station before the train departs, but they might come up with something else when they reply.
