    They DO NOT want to take guns from responsible citizens. I know some people here desperately need an excuse to hate these kids but stop with the lies.

    My daughter was at the school that day and I started this discussion as a way to help support some very brave kids that experienced more trauma than most of us will ever know. 

    If you don’t want to support them and don’t care who can get their hands on a gun, that’s fine, but take your BS propaganda somewhere else.

    He’s not trying to outlaw all guns. Let’s say your sister is pro gun control and her ex-husband has threatened her life and he’s a known “responsible” gun owner. Are you going to have a problem with a cop sitting outside of her house? Or let’s say she performs abortions and is for greater restrictions on gun ownership and has her life threatened. Are you going to have a problem with her hiring armed security, particularly if she’s speaking or participating in a public event? I swear, sometimes I think some people will only change their views is if it happens to them. And I truly hope it never does.

    I think it might have been you who said that every legal gun sale is to a “responsible” gun buyer. I argue that they’re “responsible” until they’re not. Nice deflection by the way. Were those abortion doctors in the national spotlight before they were gunned down, one standing at his kitchen window, the other as he ushered at his church?

C’mon bud, you make light of a kid who has personally survived gun violence having his life threatened because he’d like to see gun control reform and equate that to some kind of hypocrisy or double standard?     I m not making light of anything You are going way to extreme bud. However I do find it hypocritical that this kid is way anti gun but is being protecting by the thing he swears to outlaw. 
    He’s not trying to outlaw all guns. Let’s say your sister is pro gun control and her ex-husband has threatened her life and he’s a known “responsible” gun owner. Are you going to have a problem with a cop sitting outside of her house? Or let’s say she performs abortions and is for greater restrictions on gun ownership and has her life threatened. Are you going to have a problem with her hiring armed security, particularly if she’s speaking or participating in a public event? I swear, sometimes I think some people will only change their views is if it happens to them. And I truly hope it never does.

    I think it might have been you who said that every legal gun sale is to a “responsible” gun buyer. I argue that they’re “responsible” until they’re not. Nice deflection by the way. Were those abortion doctors in the national spotlight before they were gunned down, one standing at his kitchen window, the other as he ushered at his church?
