I provided no commentary.  I would suggest though to space it out but tough not to hear spoilers if you wait too long.

Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

What was the point of having “Three” in this show? He rarely did anything. Even when Wyatt died you would have thought he would have done something. Waste of a character IMO.

The writers probably didn’t have 100% of the story arc figured out and Three was just one of those characters that was there and never really was needed.

I am fine with the ending.  Don’t love it, don’t hate it.  Anything I loved would probably have been even more unrealistic.

Same.  Finished last night and didn't feel too strongly about it either way.

The fade to black before the gunshot at the end is pretty lame....that has been used so many times by so many shows.

At first it seemed ok.  They sort of won, but at a cost.   Kind of proving the point anyone they interact with ends up worse off.

But the Sopranos style ending at the end.. meh.. it's been done.

Generally most TV shows don't pull off great endings, but the choice to simply not end it... blah.  I'll give Sopranos a pass, but to copy that ending style.. meh.

I was sad to see Ruth finally get hers.

Decent ending but agreed — not the most original series finale. What a great run, though; such a blast to have watched, unrealistic as it may have been.

    Im about 3 episodes in.

Id say it has been OK.  It hasn't been quite as absurd as the 1st half of Season 4 was in my opinion, and that's good.  The Byrd's interactions with the FBI, seeming to have some sort of power over them is still kind of eye-roll inducing.

One issue I have with the show though is I don't particularly like any character.  I have loathed Wendy since the 2nd season and its worse now.  Obviously hate the cartel guys.  I don't even really like Ruth.  They have gone out of their way to make her a sympathetic character like the show's Jesse Pinkman, but she is a bit annoying and has a rash of really bad decisions and her character seems to lack any sort of self-awareness or remorse.  I guess I kind of like Marty, but mainly because Michael Bluth gushes out.  Im not particularly rooting for him to get free and live happily ever after or anything.   That is kind of how I felt toward the end of The Sopranos.  I just kind of hated everybody and wasn't so vested in the characters' survival anymore, and just wanted to see how it ended.

I guess the most likeable/relatable character at this point is Charlotte because she has been serving as a generally neutral voice of reason that seems to be smarter than everyone but stuck riding out everyone's need to do crimes.

I don't like Charlotte. Her knife and fork use drives me insane. I can't stand shows where people use the european style of dining. She pushes food around her plate with her knife and I can't stand it.

Me too. It just seemed too good to be true though as the episodes were playing out.  She was tied to the cartel through the casino and usually you don't live happily ever after in that situation (even if FBI approves).

The Byrdes survived every crazy turn so at the end of the day it shouldn't be surprised they survived another one.

So who runs and launders the cash now that she is gone? Has to be the Byrde's doesn't it? And Wendy's slight grin before fade out and gun shot......

I could see Marty staying behind for a while to launder money in the Ozarks and Wendy heading to Chicago to do whatever it is she is excited about doing.

Way more. Pretty obvious what happens whereas Tony's fate is still being debated 14 years later (although reasonable people know he is dead lol).

This obviously opens the door to them revisiting this show down the road. Do you think they will?

We watched the final 3 episodes last night. Not sure how I feel about the ending, to be honest. Wendy drove me crazy....not a fan of hers. I could see them doing a prequel---about the Langmores.

Good show overall & very well done.
