    Last night's dinner at home:
    Broiled salmon teriyaki
    Pickled garlic with chives
    Cucumbers with dill and yuzu
Sweet potatoes with tumeric and maple syrup

Salmon teriyaki is so good. That's one thing that the Pacific Northwest does right. Teriyaki.

My favorite part! I sauced it after crisping.

This morning I used the leftover ranchero sauce and tortilla chips to make chilaquiles with Trader Joe’s soyrizo. One of my favorite breakfasts.

Crispy salmon skin! I love it!
I do simple salmon smothered in butter and dill.
Simply throw it in the air fryer.
    I love it.

I am off butter and all butter substitutes.

A light brush of avocado oil on the salmon skin then under the broiler. No other oil in those dishes. I wanted a side of clam miso soup but my fish guy was out of clams and I will not buy them from the supermarket.

We have been talking about an air fryer, but we really do not have the space for one. If I can get rid of all the useless stuff my wife has in the cabinets, and that is a big if, we might have space. My 18 year old asks for one every time we go to Costco. :D

^ Love me some chilaquiles. I have a Mexican deli nearby that makes a killer version and also migas, so I have not tried to make it at home. Seems straightforward and it is a blank canvas. I LOVE Mexican breakfasts. The wife, not so much.

Looks like a nice trip. Those seafood platters look great. Never been to Paris or Amsterdam.
