Jicama Tacos
Jicama, very thinly sliced
Blackened ahi
Guacamole
Pico
Cilantro
Ate 10 of them. So good...and still have some fixings for lunch.

We ate at this place in Phoenix that served these about 15 years ago and were blown away. Been making them, at home, since. You can slice the jicama very thin...and double up on them, taco style. I prefer to have them a tad thicker, thin enough so they can still wrap around the contents as you eat...but thick enough that you get a great crunch.
Easy to do, should try it out. You won't be sorry. The love he receives is the love that is saved0 -

Lamb kofte kebabs over a rice pilaf with baba ganoush and naan (store bought). Yogurt harissa sauce that kind messed up the picture but holy f’ing hell it was good0
