    Have you been yet?  Remember delorenzo's is a few hundred yards away from papa's. 

    When we go out there we either go to papa's or delorenzo's, hit up Dolce and Clemente for dessert, and then onto working dog winery for a glass of wine.

    Haven't but will soon.  Not right around the corner so have to go specifically for pizza.

    I fuck with Panko, and I let them sit for 20 minutes before cooking.  
    Yours looks better for my heart, though.  :)

    Good tip. Never thought to let them sit. What does that do? I assume holds the breading better and cooks evenly closer to room temp

    F’me’s look good too, over in the food thread. I need to look at that thread more often. 412 posts since I last opened it. Good for dinner ideas, altho a lot of it is more high end than is usually seen around mi casa.
