The combination of cities make me wonder if it's 12 rings that bind them all or if there's some L. Ron Hubbard, Battlefield Earth or Knights of the Roundtable going on? Harry Potter I presume?

The Stand? It's the Stand, right?
Oooh, I love that book/movie. Who gets to be Flagg?
And then again it might be the end of days or the second coming bible thumpers because you know, they believe in the sweet baby jebus end of days and how with their palms raised skyward, they can see Russia from their porch. Whooooooosh!

They're all cities in the west. Nobody is praying for people east or south of Europe, even though way more innocent people are dying there. #whitepeoplelovetoprayforwhitepeople

Good point
Maybe we can post all the American mass shootings committed by military folks??? There sure are plenty if those, but I'm supposed to be worried about helpless refugees?

I read an interesting article online last night. The headline was (and I'm paraphrasing) "How far do we have to go back to find a US shooting with more victims than the London terror incident? Less than a week". It related the story of an American man shooting and killing 8 members of his family. It wasn't the only fatal shooting of the day; they listed several, with, I think, total dead in the low 40s. And said it was a "quiet day|" for shooting deaths in the US.
The point has been made many times before, apparently to little effect - Americans are far more at risk of being killed by their fellow Americans with guns than they are by any Islamic terrorists.
my small self... like a book amongst the many on a shelf

Feed the fear! Stay focused on the radical Islams. Only they can hurt us without warning anywhere anytime. That christian man who shot his family didn't do it because of his religion. He's not a threat.
no but japan did have the Americans microwave a few hundred thousand people instantly just to show the world how big our penis was... good times
I also remember the domestic terrorism sarin train attacks in Japan... but you only seem to be focused on violence committed by Muslims... you like to ignore the other 99% of the violent acts occurring in the world... how many ex-military have committed mass shootings in the USA the last 20 years? more than you can count, hombre
It doesn't even matter. Obviously London's mayor meant for big cities in countries that are involved in the "war against terrorism", which Japan is not. It is making me rather sick to my stomach how all the racists and xenophobes are now zeroing in on Khan because he happens to be Muslim. Sick sick sick. I don't even think a lot of them are conscious of it. But I bet almost none of them have ever once been so interested in the mayor of any other city that has suffered a terror attack. It's not exactly hard to figure out what the difference is.
