    Someone also pointed out in another thread that PJ has never gone a calendar year without playing shows, so hopefully that trend doesn't end in 2017.

    Counting from Wrigley or RRHOF? I know, I don't consider RRHOF a "show" either but technically they did play. Seems like it might apply here.

    ^ I believe he was referring to a calendar year from Jan 1 -  Dec 31. So Wrigley or RRHOF wouldn't come into play.  To keep that streak alive, all they have to do is play by the end of 2017.  To your point, I don't consider the RRHOF performance a show either.

    Yes that was me.  Pearl Jam has played a show every calendar year since 1990. Hof doesn't count in my book as a show.  I have hope They ll play somewhere as a full band this year.

    My gut tells me there could be a few west coast dates (seattle, san fran, LA, Hawaii?) that lead into going down under in Jan/Feb of 2018.  I thought EV would do more stateside shows this year but that seems unlikely given the labeling of all the merch as "The 2017 EV Tour" and that is including the 2-3 shows hes playing in the US.

    When was the last East coast solo tour for Ed?  Feels like it's been awhile.

    He played Florida in 2012 but the last northeast shows were in 2011.

    there's never been a solo tour of canada. he needs to do what the white stripes did, all provinces and territories. EdVed in Yellowknife!

    Fan since 92....would love to see an Eddie solo show somewhere in the south! I have never seen Eddie solo!

    It seems like we would be due after 6 years... but it's not looking good for this year :s

    Yeah, that's in Franklin, just south of Nashville...and a short hop away he's playing the Bourbon and Beyond festival in Louisville, KY. Joseph, if you're jonesin' hard, you have two opportunities!

    Agreed.  It would be naive to think that Chris's passing didn't have an impact on the whole band's plans.
