    I don't think that kind of talk is necessary.  
    I understand your point and I respect your opinion but I don't think that it was appropriate that she covered a song that is performed by a band member that is currently being sued by her family. Just my opinion.
    Alternate take: she covered a song by a band whose members were good friends / bandmates with her father, and nothing could be more appropriate. 

    & if I had to guess, I would think Matt and the rest of the band were fine with it, if not happy / in favor of it; do you really think something like this would upset them?

    All good folks I didn't mean to offend anyone and by no means am I ragging on a 15 year old girl. I felt that it was a calculated move by her mom to take a dig at PJ. I apologize if I offended anyone. I was just fired up once it hit my news feed. I miss Chris as much as anyone on here. All the bullshit in the background is just that. Loud Love!

    All good mate, there is just a lot of those style post having a go at her all over the net, even in the comments of vid on youtube. I just don't think she should be exposed to that for posting a song, that poor girl has lost her dad. You have said that wasn't your intention, but I just reacted after seeing so many comments attacking her in that way.

    I feel pretty lucky having seen him play a few live shows in the year before his death.   Saw an acoustic show here in Victoria, and went to Seattle for a ToTD show.  Not even on my radar at ToTD that it would be the last time I'd ever get to hear him perform live.   Aside from Pearl Jam and The Dayglo Abortions I don't think there's any musicians I went too as much as Chris Cornell (and all his various bands).

    I didn't pay attention to a lot of Chris' later work. I just got Higher Ground about a month ago, that is such a great album! He still had so much talent left in him.

    Higher Ground is amazing!! I also wasn’t paying attention until he was gone. My loss. His solo shows sounded really damn good.

    I didn't get into Higher Truth as much as his other solo (non-dance) stuff. It seems very produced, but the songs themselves are awesome.
