You've created a pretty sweet list as is. Pretty much any show from back then was mind blowing. I've been on a big 2013-2014 kick lately, so all I could suggest are more shows from that era. Vancouver, Lincoln, Memphis, etc. I have been mixing in some Canadian shows from 2005 and every one of those have been really good as well. A trip to Canada to see PJ is now a Bucket List top priority!

    Solid list. Nice work!

That Boston 2010 show remains one of my favorites. My first (and Boston's first) Crown Of Thorns, Undone, killer Release to open...great night.

Kitchener 05 was one kick ass show. It was in a minor league hockey stadium, definitely under 10,000 people. Check that one out when you get a chance.

I've attended 6 of these shows.  Cool to see you put Ottawa 2005 on the list...I've always thought that to be one of the most underrated shows in their career.

The thing I don't understand is, since you say a max of six shows per year, why certain years don't have AT LEAST six shows..
For example 1993.. only 4 shows.. one of them is 1993/07/17.. Why you specifically chose this one? Only a pretty mediocre sounding AUD source is out there (the FM source is NOT a mix of these two nights, as believed by many, just excerpts from 1993/07/16)..  Like mentioned, there are far better sounding sources from that year (that can be better judged for this reason).. for example slim's cafe 93, the three Seattle shows, the New Orleans shows.. did you give these a good listen? (just a hint)

Here's why: 28 years and over 1000 shows. I've admitted here before and will continue to say that pre-98 is not my specialty.

Im happy you clarified 7/17/93 though. I was hesitant to include that and added it at the last second. I'll remove it in the update. I remember slims cafe sounding good but hadn't listened in a long while- I'll revisit.

    Keep the suggestions coming!

no problem.. I also specifically suggest (if you haven't listened to it already) Seattle 1993/12/08.. really, not only an excellent recording, but an amazing show.. the best of that three nights run (not that the other two are bad, but that second night is something special)

Really surprised that Boston 9-29-04 was included. I thought this was one of the worse shows I have seen from the band.

If you are used to torrents, you should find them (at least most of them) in trackers like Zomb, the traders den, dime ecc..
if you don't care about quality, you can always stream/download them on pearljambootlegs.org (but lossless/Flac vs lossy mp3 160kbps isn't comparable imo)

I cut that only because I couldn't cut any other 2003 but I agree it's an excellent show.

I'd like to nominate Atlanta 2000.  Solid show and flows great.  Underrated show.

ISO 2016 Greenville shirt. Size medium. PM me if you have one for sale/trade.
  • Love the list. Fantastic work.
But two shows I'd argue for:

2012 - Missoula.  Playing in front of all of Jeff's friends in a 6,000 seat arena.

2013 - I was at Seattle show and while it was good, I was one of those that left disappointed because I had been at the show in Spokane a week earlier. The building was nuts being the first show in Spokane in 20 years. The setlist was written by band-friend Steve Gleason. Was a remarkable night.
    PJ
    10/31/2000 - Shoreline Amp
    6/12/2008 - Tampa
    9/21/2009 - Seattle 1
    9/22/2009 - Seattle 2
    9/30/2012 - Missoula
    11/30/2013 - Spokane
    12/6/2013 -  Seattle
    10/17/2014 - Moline
    5/1/2016 - MSG 1
    5/2/2016 - MSG 2
    8/22/2016 - Wrigley 2
    8/8/2018 - Safeco 1
    8/10/2018 - Safeco 2
    8/13/2018 - Missoula
    5/3/2022 - San Diego
    5/4/2024 - Vancouver 1

    EV
    7/16/2011 - Benaroya
    2/21/2022 - Benaroya
    10/24/2023 - Benaroya
