    Are you going to either?

I’m very tempted, but I need to keep an eye on the coins at the moment.

Not sure I could swing seeing J on the 20th followed by Dinosaur Jr on the 21st - that’s guaranteed to take a toll on the wallet (and the hearing!)

Oh man, yes, bring ear plugs if you go!  How is it those guys can hear at all?  It amazes me that all of them, especially J have any hearing left.

The last time I saw them I was with a friend who’s a sound engineer in Sydney. He’d mixed that room so many times he knew the exact spot to stand in to get the perfect balance of sound. He also had professional-grade ear plugs, which helped - and they were still unbelievably loud!

Mike Johnson era, right?  That was a cool mid-period band and the record that turned me on to Dinosaur was Where You Been, but I've grown away from that era a bit and more so love both the before and after periods with Lou.  I'll have to give this one some thought before deciding.

If it sounds anywhere near as good as the MTV 5 song EP, which is awesome, then this, with 9 songs, will be well worth it.

I have to admit it's tempting, only over the holidays I got a bit carried away with buying records.  I just looked at my collection on Discogs and added up my recent purchases...  Ouch!

with the exception of the ear bleeding country compilation these cheery red releases don't seem to sell out very quickly. maybe wait for a sale, they do happen quite often.
