ah, sometimes I need to take a break from this place. it seems to be happening more often lately though.
I just returned from a break. And I'm not posting as much as reading right now. It was a short break, I take months long vacations (in the atmosphere). I get what you're saying.
She’s right. Lack of real immigration reform is one major factor that has lead to populism. Too bad she didn’t lead on this when she actually had positions of power. Too many wait until they have no power to state their true beliefs. Which is one reason people hate politicians.
Even if you agree with some of Trump's policies you should at least understand that his rhetoric and character is so disrespectful. I don't like a lot of his policies, but if he were to have a better attitude and not be so rude to people he dislikes we would be better off

So true, iamkylehi. Someone who has ideas we disagree with but who at least makes an attempt to be civil, intelligent, and willing to listen instead of belligerent, ill informed and closed minded is going to make a better leader. Those better qualities are pretty much absent with our current president.

Yes no doubt most of the previous presidents have followed that way of governance but this country elected a construction site forman for its president not your typical politician type ...

hey, i've been a construction site foreman (sort of) before. you have to have some common sense to do the job. I would like to ask Trump if he ever came home caked in fiberglass insulation or 20 year old dust?
