Pomp and circumstance or bright shiny objects? And where’s the wall and mexico’s Payment for same? Is that American heroism for colluding with putin on the ritz? Or watching prostitues pee on a bed the Obama’s slept on? Or for the multiple bankruptcies? Or for being investigated by Team Mueller? China is at the negotiating table? Is the Facebook post even American or is it a Russian bot?
Im hungry. Are we having pizza or liver and onions? If pizza, can we get the gluten free from the organic place down the street and not dominoes? Hold the Chovies but extra goat cheese please. And a latte. Can it come with soy milk?
It’s interesting and i got teary at a few points. His validation of emotions, both shitty and good, and recognizing everyone’s uniqueness, made such an usual road to popularity.

And then you got the 80 minute press conference? That's just wrong. Mr. Rogers deserves better.

I watched the press conference by choice. I knew it would be bad, and I had to witness it. You could tell when he got frazzeled and went off script. What a disaster. He would say Dems and Avenatti are doing some con job, then he’d try to backpedal out when press would ask him if he thinks Kav accusers are lying.
I recommend flying Delta- all kinds of video options. Tons of movies.

And they have the best cookies, too.
But the plane doesn't always take off, in my experience.

I watched the whole thing too. It was difficult after about 40 minutes. But I wanted to see if he'd actually answer the questions that were asked, or allow the reporter to finish the question before he began to ramble. I don't fly very often - huge fear of flying. Only if I can't drive to where I need to be and when I had to fly for business. I basically cry silently for the entire flight. It was easier when I used to drink.
The world leaders in attendance weren’t laughing at Trump, he insisted,
“they were laughing with me.” Any other reports are “fake news,” he
said. “People had a good time with me, we were doing it together. We had
a good time.”
Hard to believe somebody could be this narcissistic and out of touch with reality.
But trump is bringing down many walls, not putting any up.

Is it him that comes to these conclusions? Or does he cry in private and his advisors rub his back and tell him these types of things so he doesn't go completely off the rails?
In other words, is he being managed like a petulant boy king?
Either scenario is pretty scary if you think about it for a while.

You don’t even need to “think” about it for awhile.
There was this repeating pattern with his answers: make a grandiose statment, knock Obama, then back off the original claim and say something like ‘well maybe it’ll happen, I don’t know”.
They didn’t seem to mind so much when it was the DNC and Podesta’s emails that were stolen and released. But oh my, posting home addresses and private email addresses? Please just stop! Waaaaaaaaaaaa.
Sometimes I envision Trump on the stand as Jack Nicholson's character in A Few Good Men, specifically that part when he shouts, "You want the truth? You can't handle the truth!". That whole speech was brilliant. Trump is just like that character in his arrogance, in his wanting to brag about all that he knows, all that he's seen, all that he's done, and his power in all of it. Yesterday's press conference showed many glimpses of that. I think if pressed hard enough, that man would spill it all on the record. But then again, liars do believe their own lies don't they, and the swarm of liars they do business with.

You want the truth? I have the best truth. You have know idea how good my truth is, believe me.
