Oh my god. Cuomo has some GREAT lines here when he gives up playing polite journalist and turns arrogant on Kellyanne. I adore him.

When I watched that in real time last night, Chris Cuomo looked exhausted at the end of the KAC block...like he was thinking to himself, "I came to DC just to do this interview, zero breaks, AND I still have 35 minutes of show to do."

I knew it was going to be a shitshow when she walked behind him (on camera) and sat down before he introduced her.

I was just thinking this morning about how amazing it is that the fact that the POTUS is a serial cheater with porn star doesn't even really seem to be a part of the story, lol. It's a amazing how tolerant the right has become out that kind of thing in the past year and a half! At this rate, the GOP will be promoting open marriage and subsidies for the porn industry before Trump's term is up.
the outrage over a democrat cheating with an intern is really fucking funny now.
I’m still upset about it. It was a #metoo moment before it was cool. A leader fucking his intern at the office....not cool. He should have been removed from office for that shit and lying.

And trump is way worse cause he seems to be fucking everyone over and lying every time he opens his mouth.  Can’t wait till he is gone.

You think a president should be removed from office for cheating? That would disqualify probably 95% of all presidents, lol. ;)
BTW, the Lewinsky thing was not a #metoo moment at all. She never accused Clinton of sexual harassment or abuse. She was a willing participant. I'm not saying I think it was appropriate, just that that comparison is not valid, and the incident was not at all potentially impeachable - it was not a crime. It was only the lying afterwards that was. Again, I'm not defending Clinton, just pointing out the facts.
My point, and HFD's I think, was that the way the cheating behaviour by Trump is being roundly ignored... not even just by the GOP. It's generally being ignored by everyone.... In Clinton's case, it seemed to me that his actual sexual indiscretion was the main focus. But with Trump, his sexual indiscretions x 2+ and his 19 sexual assault accusations are getting the least focus. For that record to be basically ignored by just about everyone because there are so many other crimes and scandals and insanity to focus, you know it's fucking REALLY bad! And, of course, that the GOP is ridiculously hypocritical about the whole family values and the whole Bill Clinton thing, but we all know that already.

Yes, textbook delusions of grandeur for sure... if he actually thinks it. Chances are good that he knows it's not the case but is saying it because he knows his base is that stupid.

As a member of the left that Voted twice for Clinton...we need to stop defending that.  Just like Trump says all sorts of shit that would get him fired from a regular job, so too would Bill have been fired for that.  It's a blatant abuse of power.  Yes she consented and Bill did not commit a crime by having sex with her.  So you can argue it's not a true meetoo issue.  My feeling was that he should have been removed as well.

Is Trump a worse person?  Depends on how much stuff you believe about Clinton.  They're both awful.  Is Trump a worse President?  Absolutely.  Has Trump done things worse than Bill did with Monica? Yup.  But at the very least, we need to evolve and in hindsight, say, Clinton was not a "blowjob" issue; in hindsight it was much more than that and just as embarrassing to the office as most of things Trump does (this is not to suggest that Bill can compete with the sheer volume of embarrassments that Trump brings).

Regarding Trump's cheating being ignored...yes, he's getting a huge pass (especially from family values folks, etc.) but the affairs from 15 years ago are not the same as an affair with an intern while in office.  That's the difference.  Nobody thinks Bill should have been impeached for his 1980s affairs.

But a POTUS can't be removed for something like that. And I'm not defending it. I'm just looking at it objectively. I'm also not convinced it was an abuse of power - I actually feel like Lewinsky knew exactly what she was doing and was doing it specifically because it was the POTUS; I do not believe that JUST because someone is in a higher position it is automatically an abuse of power.
Does anyone thing Bill should have been impeached for the 90s affair?? That is simply not an impeachable offense. Period. It makes no difference if people didn't like it. And nobody thinks that Trump should be impeached for cheating with the porn stars. They think he should be impeached for paying them off to sway the election. I was simply talking about how people are ignoring the moral aspect of it in a very weird way.
I feel 100% comfortable saying that Trump is a FAR worse person than Clinton on pretty much all levels. Way dumber too. And I'm not a Clinton fan.

For that record to be basically ignored by just about everyone because there are so many other crimes and scandals and insanity to focus, you know it's fucking REALLY bad! And, of course, that the GOP is ridiculously hypocritical about the whole family values and the whole Bill Clinton thing, but we all know that already.
No because a leader had sex with an intern at work. And Monica even tweeted about perhaps an intern can’t really provide consent to their boss.

Clinton was impeached for perjury.  Comparing tRump to Clinton makes no sense.

    tRump's issue is fraud

Ha. Yeah, after the fact. Don't you remember all the gritty details of how Lewinsky handled that whole thing? It was pure damage control for her and always will be. Well, that and attempting to be relevant. I mean, Twitter came along many years after it all happened. Anyway, it's all opinion - I've made mine clear, and I am absolutely an advocate against sexual harassment, as someone who has been the victim of it many times.
In any case... a leader having sex at work with a willing intern who never made any harassment allegations at the time isn't illegal or impeachable, and neither is being a serial cheater with porn stars.

But you know that's not how it works when it comes to the President of the USA, right (I know you do)? I don't see any point in comparing it to other people with regular jobs. People with regular jobs might also lose them for constantly lying to the co-workers and their boss, or for constantly putting out inappropriate tweets that make the business look bad, or for taking way too many days off, or for being accused of sexual assault by 19 different women, but I don't see you claiming that Trump should be impeached for those things...

If Trumpito only had one milliliter of shame or conscious...

Setting illegality as the bar is PATHETIC.  Lying, but not lying under oath, is still LYING.  SAD

Will yeah, it is sad, but illegality is actually the only thing that matters when it comes to Trump being booted out of the WH. I think all these other issues should only be made important in a conversation about WHO PEOPLE VOTE FOR. Or if they vote at all. There are many millions of people who will still elect GOP members in the midterms and who will still vote to reelect Trump. SMH. There are so many millions more who are still going to be too lazy and/or apathetic to vote, even if they do hate everything Trump does.
