It looks doctored to me. Also, I don't see any value in focusing on his weight/body in any case. I don't approve of fat-shaming or doctoring photos to make it easier. Trump's problem is certainly not his appearance, plus I think he looks okay for his age, not that it matters.
I agree, but I think it really comes down to the angle of the shot and that ridiculous overcoat he is wearing that eliminates the presence of any leg gap. I think we can be certain that there are plenty of posters on these boards who are more overweight than Trump is, so I find digs at Trump's weight a real slap in the face of all members (and all people in general) who are bigger people than the POTUS. I think he seems to be in perfectly acceptable health for a man of his age and think saying his body is a model to stroke or heart attack is an insincere statement at best. The 71 year old man is somewhat overweight. Big deal - he's not as overweight as probably the majority of Americans, so what's the point being made there? Plus any person in their 70s and under a lot of stress is a prime candidate for all kinds of deadly illnesses, and you can't tell just by looking at them in most cases. At any rate, we all know that none of the memes about his appearance are about calling out his doctor for possibly releasing inaccurate information, and especially not when half those memes about his weight are photoshopped to make him look worse than he really does. Now, I absolutely do think that Trump's crazy statements about how great his memory is is completely relevant and worth discussion. That is a whole other ballpark. His mental health is absolutely a valid point of discussion and criticism IMO, because his level of insanity and/or senility actually matters and has a real impact on the world, as opposed to how big his butt is.

It’s been reported that he eats a lot of mcDonalds and KFC and consumes a 12 pack of Diet Coke a day and does not get any exercise to increase his heart rate. Team Trump Treason drives the golf cart onto the green so he doesn’t have to walk up to it, for crying out loud. My assessment of his health is based on what has been reported about his diet and exercise habits as opposed to your claim that he appears in good health given his age and the photo shopped memes. You're right, I don't really give a shit about his health. But I don't believe for a moment that he's in "excellent" health, as he claimed or that, "no one has a better memory than him." And you can't claim, just like I can't claim, a damn thing about his health based upon his picture, doctored or not. They found no collusion whatsoever with Russia, the reason they found it is there was no collusion at all. No collusion. This is the most biased group of people, these people have the biggest conflicts of interest I've ever seen. Democrats all -- or just about all, either Democrats or a couple of Republicans that worked for president Obama. They're not looking at the other side. They're not looking at the Hillary Clinton horrible things that she did and all of the crimes that were committed. They're not looking at all of the things that happened that everybody is very angry about, I can tell you, from the Republican side and I think even the independent side. They only keep looking at us so they find no collusion and then they go from there and they say well, let's keep going and they raid an office of a personal attorney early in the morning and I think it's a disgrace. So we'll talk about it more but this is the most conflicted group of people I've ever seen.

Now, I absolutely do think that Trump's crazy statements about how great his memory is is completely relevant and worth discussion. That is a whole other ballpark. His mental health is absolutely a valid point of discussion and criticism IMO, because his level of insanity and/or senility actually matters and has a real impact on the world, as opposed to how big his butt is.
I haven't made fun of his appearance myself because I think there is way bigger more concerning things wrong with him.
