    Pence ignored the HIV hotspot bubbling in Indiana and actually removed the needle exchange program.  So you never know, he may have ignored this.  Or maybe because it wasn't drug users, he would not have.

    My friend and coworker who is a trump supporter uses this logic with his scratch off lottery ticket problem.  Hey guys I won $50 I’m up by $50.  Dude we just watched you spend $100.  No amount of explaining will change his mind that he is down $50.  Which is why he will probably support Trump again. To be fair he doesn’t actually support Trump, just a vote R no matter who type because libruls
