My mayor ,  who spends 1/3 of his press conferences crying about the federal government, encouraged people to go to the fuckin movies on March 3. He even recommended a movie!!!! I’m ashamed of every “leader” in this world, including but not just Trump. They failed us.
Your mayor I assume is De Blasio? On March 10 he held a press conference and said life will continue as normal, this is “just the cold.”
2 days later most of Colorado shut down schools, before NYC did. But you’re one of only a few other on here to blame someone other than trump.
I agree, many politicians failed us. Here and across the world.
Post Malone plated a sold out arena show on March 12 in Denver.

Also, Trump really only likes saviors that don't get crucified.

Do we need to start a thread every time we want to make 1 comment about 1 person? Especially when the 2 people are connected like in this comment? That seems a little ridiculous.

Your comment supports my point. I agree, Trump did a lot of things wrong. But if you even suggest Trump isn’t the only one then people get their parties all twisted.

Does trump come up in every thread? The deflection on here is insane. I won’t deflect. I’ll actually answer your post with an answer instead of another question.

Because I don’t want to. He’s not worth my time.

Fauci will be fired if there is a second term, that's for sure.  But I don't think Trump would risk that right now, or before November.  If he fired him now, he will be officially insane.

On one hand, I kind of hope he does fire him because his approval numbers will plummet. But on the other hand.....yeah, I would like to make it out of the trump presidency alive, if possible.

The fact that we're even talking about the president thinking of firing a guy like Fauci and retweeting the fire Fauci hashtag is just proof positive that there is no comparison to how Trump has acted during this crisis to any other lower level government official. It's just absurd because the avalanche of irresponsible things out of his mouth continues on an hourly basis while these people go searching YouTube clips hoping to find a gotcha moment for some congressman or mayor from February. With Trump it is literally nonstop.

Agreed.  This is a crazy time and a lot of missteps have occurred from a lot of people.  But most of those people would like to do the right things...even if they are (in my opinion) favoring the economy too much over life.  But this guy ONLY cares about the impact on himself...he talks about his ratings and he could not care less what actually happens to people...just numbers that impact his popularity.  The only leaders coming close to as bad as Trump are those that are striving to exist in his image (e.g., Desantis).
