The presidency and serving the president ages people. This one more than others for some reason. It's only been 196 days but it appears to be 7 years. Noting that is the same as voting for and defending a pussy grabber in chief, in case you were wondering.

Did anyone else notice Jared dear boy and Ivanka moved back to New York? Must be getting their affairs in order. Or they prefer Sing Sing or Danbury over Lorton?

When deals are struck between family members... I do not really have a problem with them.

A father should be able to 'gift' condos to his son let alone sell them to him at a discounted price.

Yes. I know. The law doesn't allow for that. I'm just saying for all of Trump's grievous and unethical offences... this one doesn't bother me as much.

    Oh yeah. He's orange.

Remember that these are company A controlled by Trump to company B controlled by Trump Jr.  This is not a personal family to family transaciton.  It's different because the laws offer other protections to businesses (like protection of personal assets, tax breaks, etc.), so it' is fraudulent to try to take advantage of both sides... benefits of personal and benefits of business.

Looks like they're going with obstruction of justice. I am curious about his ratings post-impeachment. Some still liked Nixon years later.

I get that, but it is still kind of a grey area for me.

I do not want the government weighing in on how I do business with my son.

Odd. Jared dear boy was assigned Middle East peace making and reinventing government and had to redo his security clearance form 3 times. Jared dear boy, where you at? And where did "we" leave them?

It could be that tRump was trying to generate capital losses on his return.  Problem is that a loss from a sale to a related party is not deductible.

They won't take to the streets.  That is too much like marching that the radlibs love to do on their spare time to accomplish nothing.  They will take it within.  President Trump loves clearing space and giving tweets about his progress. No marching required.

Your orange hero will be the 1st president ever in our history to take the 5th , there is no marching required the legal process is well in motion !

I don't know whether he underestimated or flat out did not consider it.  It was all about the novelty of being President from day 1.  I question whether he once even thought (so, I wonder what I'm actually going to do.  And how much of it I'm going to do.).

When everyone was focusing on the gross things he said, I was thinking about how egregiously unqualified he was (and "in over his head" occurred to me on occasion).  Bill Clinton was just as disgusting of a person as Trump.  But he at least took the right path to the office and cared about the job. What a difference that makes.

I'll never understand the condemnation on principle of presidents that have the upbringing and background that most resembles the average American, you know, middle class family, worked hard, got into good schools, made something of themselves, Carter, Clinton, Obama, and the universal demagogic lauding of those presidents that had everything handed to them, both Bushes and Trump, like they pretend to know the average American's struggle. I don't dimiss Clinton's lying under oath, however, his transgressions were never a threat to national security, nor was he incompetent in his carrying out his official duties. Trump on the other hand. 755.

You know the answer to the question, but my point stands.  I really don't know WTF you're talking about honestly.

I can sum it up in two letters: R.  D.

I don't recall who it was, but at some GOP event they were literally laughing about Obama having been a Community Organizer.  As if "silver spooner" is a legitimately better qualification.

And now that they're doubling down on Trump as the guy who "gets them," it's just laughable.  A born-billionaire.  Ivy League educated.  New York City.  And he's just like them?  And these guys they have such contempt for did actually use their "bootstraps."   Of course one was a serial philanderer and the was black.

What's more,  they choose to label him with one occupation he had amongst many.  I cooked in college yet no one defines me with that job.
