No, but really. I can't stand Harper, but he isn't even close to comparable to Trump in any way, shape, or form. At all. No past POTUS or Canadian PM come anywhere close either .... The only people I can really think of who might be comparable to Trump in any way at all are Kim Jong Un and Rodrigo Duterte. They are the only other current national leaders who actually seem insane. Trump makes three.
