I thought it was more than just “drinking games” that was the subject of the perjury allegation, previous testimony before congress where he either lied or gave misleading testimony, perhaps during his confirmation hearing for the federal bench? Regardless, the subject matter of the perjury allegation shouldn’t be the determinant of whether it’s worth it, a violation or perjury.
