Well, sure, she probably should have stayed completely quiet. But I think the media pressure, questions from others, having her repeated denials ignored, etc... finally pushed her to figure out a way of getting her side of the story out. I'm not trying to defend her, but I don't see the legal move to invalidate the NDA as some premeditated "fuck your way to fame and fortune" plan, as it looks like you laid out. I think she got caught in the frenzy and was trying to figure out how to defend herself.
