The Baffoon is the last person to call anyone crazy and it’s a telling sign that the Baffoon attacks him on his hand movements that tells me he fears him as a candidate..
Is that his ISIS bride next to him?

”ok wifey...make sure you are looking at Beto while he is talking. Of and blink so it looks like you are real”.

Nothing to do with my comment just your observation that matches the Baffoon’s , why don’t you comment of the Baffoon’s idiotic comment.,
Ummm your post had the link to the video.....

Who was Beto jerking off 2 handed to start that thing?

I guess this is why he air drums.
I really don't understand what meaning you actually apply to him air drumming once. Can you please explain this to me? You and a couple others keep mentioning it as though it means something.
Cause it's funny that people relate to him because he air drummed this one time.

Now, trump is an idiot...but watching that Beto video...how could you not laugh at his wife's creepy staring and the hilarious hand movements in the beginning at least! That was pure gold!
I see so much wrong with that attitude. People did NOT relate to him because he air drummed that last time. That is just a made up thing that the right came up with (seems to have worked!). People related to O'Rourke for many, many reasons, and there happened to be one clip of him going through a drive through acting like a normal person with a Who song on the radio, and he acted normal. And people just in general appreciate that he acts like a normal person rather than faking his way through everything he does in the front of a camera, which is completely fair. I think it is really cheap and, I dunno, intellectually shallow I guess, so take that and turn it into this stupid thing about the air drumming. It's the same with Trudeau's socks. FFS, the man wears fashionable socks, and somehow the right turned it into a "thing" just like people have with this. It's just fucking low brow crap.
    Its all they got.
Right?? I mean, they're still talking about it a year later, lol. It's so dumb. And I'm not commenting on you directly Cincy, really. Sorry, but you've basically fallen for it, and repeating what you're being taught. I know how that sounds, and I apologize in advance for sounding condescending - I just don't know how else to put it.
No I think it’s funny. And that’s ok. And I do think that video of him was funny to watch too!
... But you are saying that something that isn't real is funny.
Remember boys and girls, it's okay to make fun of Beto but not okay to make fun of Trump's toilet paper shoes.
Apparently it’s ok to infer Beto’s wife Amy is an ISIS bride.
Hahahahaha yup that’s what I did. I love that the group always gets the band back together. Mods won’t care or address it ever. Except to ban someone that was pointing it out.

    1) I’m making fun of the stupid video.
    2) you all use toilet paper on trumps shoe as some sort of condemnation of his ability to be president. I don’t think this stupid video should decide if Beto should be president.

You spoke condescendingly to everyone that pointed out and/or laughed at fatso walking up the stairs with ass wipe stuck to the bottom of his shoe. Then you proceed to do the same thing for something that isn't even remotely as funny.

The ass wipe stuck to the bottom of Tubby's shoe is an iconic image. It is because it so perfectly depicts the orange unit's presidency: sloppy, mindless, careless and shitty.

Waving to all his guppies, "Look at me. Goodbye American people. Yes. Yes. Goodbye."

We were looking at you ya twit. And you had toilet paper on your shoe after taking a presidential Big Mac poo on your golden toilet. F**king idiot. You can't even shit without f**king up.

In his rush to get off the golden throne and get in front of the cameras, I guarantee he wasn't thorough. At the end of his day, his size 48 tightie whities needed to be tossed out.
Beto 2 handed jerking off while his wife stares at him creepily is way funner. ;)

And again - laughing at something is one thing.  Using it as a reason someone is unfit to be president, etc is another.  The ironic thing is that is what trump is trying to do with the Beto video and it's what most of you did with the trump toilet paper incident.  Just like trump.

I personally think both were just funny.  But neither a dis qualifier for president.

Agreed with the disqualifier notion. Of course not.

I'm not sure we are agreed, but Trump's moment was a classic. It should be the background for a campaign ad as a list of his failures scrolls in simple language (lest the moron can't keep up).

Trump with the toilet paper on his shoe is a fitting metaphor for his presidency.

Beto came off like a bit like a robot in his video. If a Frankenstein-type scientist created democratic politicians instead of monsters, he'd create Beto.

Many pundits are actually saying that Trump will only lose if the campaign topic is Trump. Basically, the surest tactic for the Dems, according to many, is to attack and highlight how awful Trump is.

Completely agree.  It can't be capitalism vs socialism, as any Republican would love to run on that.  Now if you want to make it healthcare focused, then that's a winner.  But if you are challenging the entire economic structure, then we're done.

I disagree with those pundits. Certainly you have to attack Trump on how awful he is (as you would any incumbent), but I think the Dems primary tactic needs to be selling their own platform for America as what's best for the country. Because really, Trump's no more awful now than he was in 2016. It's just now he's powerful to go along with awful.

Oh, I think he is far more awful than then, as a candidate. I don't think many people realized just how much of a fucking trainwreck he and his friends would actually be. It is so much worse than most people imagined back then IMO. I know I never thought it would be so bad, and I was as anti-Trump as one could be at the time.

I actually expected him to be this bad based on "if he could be this awful as a citizen/candidate, wait till he's the most powerful person in the world." He's set the bar so low that really nothing he does surprises me. The one time I've batted an eye so far was when he endorsed an accused child-molester for the Senate. But after a moment or two of shock, I thought "Wait...OF COURSE he endorsed a child-molester for the Senate. Why was I surprised by this?"

It's not that kind of thing that has shocked me. It's the way he has completely decimated all the government agencies, assigning utterly ridiculous and often wholly unqualified people to run them, and throwing them all into daily chaos, rendering them essentially useless. That kind of thing.
I also didn't expect him to kidnap thousands of children and lock them in cages to be permanently traumatized, and then lose a bunch of them permanently.
I didn't realize he'd go AS crazy Orwellian as he actually has when it comes to attacking the media and democracy itself, to the point of encouraging and directly inspiring violence, nor did I expect any of his anti-media stuff to work so damn well on the population, including his detractors.
And I don't think I imagined that he'd decide to make American's totalitarian enemies his friends and America's friends his enemies either... I guess I didn't think he quite had the nerve. Boy was I wrong.

Yes, that sure does simplify shit. But yeah, essentially, that is true. But fascism can also easily counter democracy. I am not quite sure what your point is.

And this is the thing about Trump fans that confuses me the most. Conservatives pride themselves on being patriotic (or at least put on a front that they do). What is less patriotic and less American than the U.S. President siding with the likes of the Russian President, North Korean Dictator, and Saudi Crown Prince over his own intelligence committees?

The Socialism "label" by the Trumpsters needs to be aggressively countered with the label of fascism.

It seems laws do not matter with Trump.

It seems to me, and IANAL, that Trump and his kid coordinated their campaign with foreign nationals and received "a thing of value" from russia. Based on what we have publicly seen.

And its nearly 3 years later, and zero indictments related to the campaign? Much of Mueller's team has left the SC office and nothing?

How do you counter something as false, when you freely admit it?  The socialism label sticks because there are members of the wing of the party that actively embrace it.  AOC calling capitalism "irredeemable" was most unhelpful.

.... American capitalism is irredeemable though. I can't believe people think such a system is forever sustainable. It seems that AOC gets most criticized for being honest. But also, AOC has firmly stated she is a democratic socialist. I hate that she might be blamed for people's refusal to acknowledge the difference between that and socialism.

Why isn't it sustainable?  It has been for multiple centuries, depending on how you define it, and there has been NO economic system that has been more successful.   I don't argue for unfettered capitalism without regulation, but the core is still capitalism.  She certainly hasn't put forth a better economic system.  I'm not criticizing her for her honesty, I'm criticizing for the honest words that come out of her mouth.

I qualified it for a reason. American capitalism (and other variations in some other countries too) isn't sustainable as it is. The currently fast growing chasm between the rich and everyone else proves it. That is exactly what democratic socialism is about. Stopping the unsustainability of such a system.

So that's different than saying capitalism is irredeemable.  If that's what she means too, then she is being foolish with loose words.  You make the argument that we have best economic system in the world, but the disparity is growing so we need to realign it.  Capitalism can't be left to its own devices, it will be corrupted by man, who is inherently corrupt.  So we have to adjust regulations, oversight, taxes, etc., to move it forward and close the widening gap.  You will get huge support from arguments (more articulate) like mine.  But some sweeping statement like she made will just get the Dems buried.

Socialism and socialist are fear terms as was communism and socialism in the 50s.
Just a scare tactic like caravans, border invasion, and ms13.

Well it is safe to assume she meant it in the context of America. I thought that was obvious.

Capitalism isn't all it's cracked up to be for sure. EVERYTHING benefits the 1%...

Socialism is a label that's tossed around by people who don't understand it.   I fully and totally understand what a fascist is.  I also understand what crazy is as well.

Mike Pence is complicit in all of this and needs removal as well.
