This album is a throw up of Given to fly, Do the Evolution or Brain of J for me. Some real real concrete songs on this album I reckon it's harder to call than No Code!!

    In Hiding all the way!

Faithful and Given to Fly as honourable mention.

And... here's where personal tastes come at odds... Do the Evolution- for me- is one of the worst tracks on the album.

I just can't wait for the next round and Wishlist to go, then it will get very hard.
Anything you lose from being honest
You never really had to begin with.

Sometimes it's not the song that makes you emotional it's the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it.

I don't think it's one of the worst,
    maybe middle of the road...
but DEFINITELY suffers from being overplayed!

Exactly! Good point, Thirty. And I'll admit it- my tastes are occasionally so odd that it drives my wife a little nuts at times.

"You used to play The Doors a lot, now it's all that distorted guitar stuff [Dinosaur Jr]."

    "Yes, dear."

“The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man [or woman] who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.”
Variously credited to Mark Twain or Edward Abbey.

I see what you're saying. I tend to prefer the heavier tracks on the album (Do the Evolution and Brain of J) over the "lighter" ones like Lowlight and Wishlist. With this said, the ten about-to-be-remaining tracks are all great.

I've got to admit I've never been a huge fan of the studio version of DTE though I love it live. So the question is - are we really all voting for or against the song as it stands on the album, or for/against our feelings about it in general, taking into account live experiences?

We had a mean IQ of 120 until Scruffy started voting- then it dropped to 97.

    Guys...

Stop bullying me. I'm a wuss. Alright?

I had a choice to make: go slide around in the snow on my bike on a mountain... or go to the gym and listen to the RHCP bootleg while stationary biking and moving dumbbells.

    Ha! You're one to talk.

In all honesty... it's freaking boring on the stationary bike. I pedal and play my loves in Candy Crush. Once those are gone... I surf the internet.

I don't do Facebook, instagram, or anything else outside of twitter... so this site serves as my 'social' site. I like it here. Sometimes.
