    There's a bar here in Portland that I frequent that has coffee infused vodka. It's basically like drinking iced coffee. They don't seem strong, but once you have 4-5, they get to ya. I've tried making at home (1/4C smashed beans to 1/2C vodka and let it sit for 4-5 days, but it came out way too strong) I ended up adding another few cups of regularly brewed coffee and it came out great.
