    I have LOTS of problems with Reagan.  But if nothing else, he wasn't in it for only himself.  He's actually an example of someone who cared about his country as much as I'd expect in the White House* but his stances were more often than not off-base.  For that reason alone, the GOP is not the "Party of Reagan" (and hasn't been the "Party of Lincoln") for more than 100 years.

    It's the Party of Trump now.  The party (and I dare say the country is not far behind) has been re-made in his image. I frankly don't know what a conservative who still cares about the Republic more than the Red Team is even supposed to do at this point.

    i agree with you here. she is a great leader. i had a lot of criticism for her when she was delaying and dragging her feet on proceeding with impeachment. she was behind the general public on that issue. once she agreed to proceed her leadership has been phenomenal.

    i agree with you here. she is a great leader. i had a lot of criticism for her when she was delaying and dragging her feet on proceeding with impeachment. she was behind the general public on that issue. once she agreed to proceed her leadership has been phenomenal.
    Pelosi embodies a strategic way of thinking that's not shared by many Democrats (Buttigieg is the other one that comes to mind). She's not afraid to do the thing that, in the long-term, will present results, but today, looks like the lesser political act.
