Just saw this listing over at Amazon UK - looks like we have a date! Looking at the tracklisting I would say this is 2 LPs and a DVD or CD...

Seems disc 2 on the CD and disc 3 on the vinyl are the same - given Dyslexic Heart appears there again I'd guess it is either a CD with alternate versions or a DVD.
