    Great, thanks.  I was wondering where the page to all of Kristol's articles resided.  That's been really weighing on me.  Now if I could only find a list of books he wrote, I'd really sleep well.

    This is a massive assumption. If political power is required to make political change, and I can exert my energies to take issue with people with political power today or I can exert it to take issue with people with political power yesterday - you tell me where my energies are best spent.

    That's not to say there isn't learning to be done by looking backwards: past egregious behaviours should produce questions about the believability of the DNC, and when the DNC does possess power to make or prevent change, they should be scrutinized until they reach that believable status again. That needs to be earned. 

    Ultimately, politics are about seizing power. The major difference between the Republicans and the Democrats is their opinions on what the people want, and the actions and policies they feel best represent what they want, which in turn gives or takes away power based on whether their pulse of the hearts of the people was correct.

If you think the party can be salvaged, support true progressives this election season not the corporate candidates, nationally and locally.

    Anyone that is in a headline or is a known candidate is a phony.  Only indy candidates off label are worth supporting.  Once they get a material amount of support, they are sell outs and should be abandoned for the least known candidate at that point.  it's the only way to stay true to progressive thought and ENSURE nothing ever actually moves forward.

    Wouldn't it be nice if we could place their issues on a matrix to help determine who is the true progressive? Who should I vote for based on the issues?
    For example, who is for or against pipelines? Unfortunately we cant because Ironstache is too busy cleaning his workin boots to list where he stands on the issues.
