this will calm down when the next distraction comes along. like the next iphone. or the next faux outrage, whatever that will be.

protesting a fair election win is stupid. how about protesting half the country not voting? or the fucking establishment that seeks to keep that happening?

    idiots.

i know what they are doing, but it's stupid. what is it going to accomplish? go back, lick your wounds, and come back with a game plan. or decide that voting for either of the two power parties is no longer the answer.

    Take a deep breath.

    Shut off your electronic devices.

    Go outside.

I have had to deal with 24 years of misery through these last three Presidents. If you fear a President then the President has too much power. Don't be the person that embraces it when it is your guy but starts with the impeach/secede/riot/assassination talk when it isn't. I have a very slight amount of optimism simply due to the talk of ending unfavorable trade agreements.

You wanted big government, now you got it. Government should be a blip in your life, not a necessity. Work towards that, wean yourself off of the system, grow your own veggies, start a business. Continue these practices no matter who is President.

    Opt out.

That's how I got through it.

after some reflection and seeing all the hate and disgusting language on here the last few days, i agree with you 100%. everyone needs to shut the fuck up and go on with their lives for at least a little while. this whole election cycle has made people fucking loonie.

They have no game plan, Trump was their game plan...he said and did everything in his power to lose, and he still won ... and now the Republicans are stronger than ever ... absolutely looks good on the democrats and Clinton, thats why it will take Clinton a while to get over this, she was so reviled she couldn't even defeat a candidate who was handing her the election...

I don't know. She seems over it. I would think it's almost a relief at this point. Trump is just starting to see what it's like. This will be hard on his health. He's never had to work this hard in his life.

Hell, Obama looks weathered and he's a spring chicken in great health compared to Trump.
    It's a hopeless situation...

Au contraire. Independents like myself didn't vote for either hence the whole point of being third-party. Don't lump us in with your Democratic Party.

Why not, everyone else who doesn't get the fact that they both sucked, and as a 3rd party, we don't care what the 2-party people think, thinks that.

They aren't stronger than ever. They hate trump and the collection of kooky republicans he'll have in his cabinet. I'm sure Ryan would happily theoat punch him if he could get away with it. There will be plenty of internal fighting with the R's and little unification.

I don't know if you have to get zingy about it. What evidence is there that they'll be united to get stuff done? Some of trump's plans are counter to the typical republican stuff.

I've noticed there's quite a bit of Canadian influence on here that seems to be trying to create an argument just for the sake of it....2016 watch it go to fire.

In sport, good referees are noted when after the game... people can't remember who the referees were.

When you're doing a good job... nobody notices. It's only when you're dogshit people really take notice.
