No, it's not sticking your head in the sand. We've established that the KKK supported Trump. I think it says a lot too, but we're also not analyzing all the other silent oppressors who are supporting either candidate because they don't make it public or have secret agendas and then calling Hillary or Trump supporters out on it. Those groups are just as horrible and in some cases more so because they actually have power at a higher level.Go Beavers said:

Are the silent oppressors, whoever that is, represented inthe larger population? Because white supremacist type thinking is represented in the larger population.tbergs said:

found this on FB and had to share.
Godfather.
m noticing that a lot of you aren't graciously accepting the fact that your candidate lost. In fact you seem to be posting even more hateful things about those of us who voted for Trump.
Some of you are apparently "triggered". Because you are posting how "sick" you feel about the results.
How did this happen you ask.
You created "us" when you attacked our freedom of speech.
You created "us" when you attacked our right to bear arms.
You created "us" when you attacked our Christian beliefs.
You created "us" when you constantly referred to us as racists.
You created "us" when you constantly called us xenophobic.
You created "us" when you told us to get on board or get out of the way.
You created "us" when you forced us to buy health care and then financially penalized us for not participating.
You created "us" when you allowed our jobs to continue to leave our country.
You created "us" when you attacked our flag.
You created "us" when you confused women's rights with feminism.
You created "us" when you began to immasculate men.
You created "us" when you decided to make our children soft.
You created "us" when you decided to vote for progressive ideals.
You created "us" when you attacked our way of life.
You created "us" when you decided to let our government get out of control.
"You" created "us" the silent majority.
And we became fed up and we pushed back and spoke up.
And we did it with ballots, not bullets.0 -

It's not therapy, it's an observation. I've answered your question as to why they love trump. You've been in amt the last several months, and several of the trump supporters fit into the xenophobic definition. Just ask questions and listen (read). I don't think I need to point out who they are.PJfanwillneverleave1 said:

Can we stop with the whole sweeping generalization that ALL "Trump Supporters are racist, sexist, homophobic?" I've stated time and time again that I don't support either candidate but it's bugged me that media outlets, social media avenues, and, frankly, this forum have perpetuated this fallacy and branded that knucklehead's supporters as such. If you were following the election on that Tuesday night you would have seen that Trump actually over-performed among the young, African-American, Hispanic, and women voters relative to past republican candidates ultimately because the DNC chose a candidate that so many people loathe. I know many people, across a wide array of socioeconomic classes, races, and age groups who voted both ways in the election and I wouldn't consider any of them, on either side of the political aisle, as racist, sexist, or homophobic.
Lastly, I will admit I enjoyed the irony of people using the 1st amendment of the Constitution to protest the 12th amendment in all of the cities across the US.
We can only continue to remain positive and hope and pray for a better candidate in 2020.
