Just getting around to watching this. I love during the ovation for PJ, around the 4ish min mark, Jeff looks at Ed, raises his eyebrows and says, "wow"

Gotta love how he couldn't even say Pearl Jam because the crowd was too loud

Set the terminal to record the broadcast and was shocked to see the show is only 2 hours 5 minutes long.
I was expecting them to edit down the broadcast to 3 hours but this is really a fierce hack job. Definitely makes one appreciate the experience in person even more so now. There's no way we'll get to see each band member speaking along with all 3 songs.
To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."

Just DVR'd it on my Comcast box and HBO's showing a 3-hour show.

Perhaps my cable provider messed up but went to confirm with HBO Canada's site and it's also scheduled for 2 hours 5 minutes.
I'm going to record the program that's scheduled to air afterwards and most likely I'll record the 3 hour broadcast you all referenced.
Thanks for clarifying.

The guys in Journey battled HBO over what they claimed were excessive cuts to their speeches/performance and it sounds like HBO gave in a little. Doubt PJ loses any tunes.
