Seriously, a sophomoric attempt at humor with a general personal attack? Talk about fitting the beloved playbook of forums like this.

This week Maher spoke about why democrats are not resonating with voters, guess the truth hurt Marons feelings. Let’s go find him a happy space.

unless you think criticizing mahers tone is a worthwhile  attack.

So lets be waiting for you to go after the liberal exaggerated victimhood tone on this forum

I like Maron but I don't get the attack on Maher....from you people or from him.

I don't think Maher is saying anything to try to stay relevant. He's still brutally attacking trump and is convinced that trump is going to meddle with the 2026 and 2028 elections.

Cuz he used to be principled. Now he’s both sidesing everything. I could understand both sidesing things pre-trump. Post/present-Trump? Especially 2nd term Trump? Saying he was a delightful dinner guest? Yeah no.

I don't think being principled means thinking 1 side has got all the answers.  In fact, I think that's the opposite.

Read my post again. I clearly stated that criticizing both sides was fine pre-Trump.

Criticizing dems on their own is fine. But as a whataboutism in response to a criticism of trump is 99.999999% unwarranted.

That's clearly not what maher is doing. And marons attack is completely baseless with ZERO details, except for those offended by poor tone, like guitar players.

Maher speaks against the tribe, while giving plenty of heat to potus. A Centrist view like that is virtually non-existent in big media

Brutally attacking. And having dinner and being taken by him. Respectful combo.

Bill’s interview with Charlie Kirk. They are on the opposite side of politics, yet agree…

woke is not liberal and liberals don’t stand up to woke similar to republicans not  standing up to maga.

Saw this quote and it's accurate in my opinion.

"If you're looking for the most predictable take from a left identifying boomer who doesn't realize how far right he's drifted, Bill Maher is your man."

Also the clips I’ve seen of his interview with Billy Corgan. Wow its cringe.
  • Only saw the clip where he is talking about having no problems listening to R Kelly in front of Woody Allen.

Does Woody Allen even know who R Kelly is?

I don't often agree with Bill lately, but he's echoing what I and a few others have said recently. It's not political ideology; it's mental illness.
