I know, facts are nothing around here.

Better off chasing Epstein files two dem presidents didn’t release and trying to prosecute trump, which failed four times. Political genius you are.
When are you going to condemn repubs and COOTWH for COOTWH’s dementia? When are you going to condemn repub voters and the party faithful for refusing to recognize what is clear for all to see? And for allowing this travesty to continue?

As much as I hate potus, republicans did have a primary and they did vote for their nominee.

republicans did not hide their nominee from media interviews , nor was their nominee completely incoherent in the debate, only partially incoherent.

either way, lerx, you are clinging to the old head democratic party leadership. the james carville and now bill maher school of thought. the majority of the young people and the majority of the party have left pelosi and schumer and jeffries, and carville behind. the dems need to change leadership or get dusted again by maga.

So, what are the policy shifts you are looking forward to if this leadership change occurs?

The dem party will get annihilated with logic like that. You voting for mamdani? Your NY taxes are not high enough? That’s what the young Dems want. Sounds good, until you examine.

IIRC you are eventually leaving NY due to high taxes and COL?

today’s dem party is looking to raise your taxes to provide free programs without any requirements like work. They want to punish wealth. I may even support some of that, but it will never sell in this country. And gimme lives in a red state and lives closely with those people.

He should know better, yet types that nonsense with no evidence to support any of it.

    "punishing wealth" sounds MAGA

Reminds me of my blue collar sister in law that thinks raising taxes on millionaires is theft. Our system only survives by redistributing wealth via our tax system.

Great idea, first step is win the senate. First step in that, replace the three red state senate seats just lost and then hold the four swing seats next year with three retirements.

Great ideas are great. Needs to be realistic on a senate and electoral map. Not much can be done with the House alone.

I agreed with the sentiment behind what was posted. There’s no way I’ll be voting for Mamdani. I disagree with most of his stances, but they don’t scare me because I feel most of what he says won’t happen. Just more empty promises to a certain type of voter.

I’m leaving NY because I hate the cold and I’m just sick of living here. It doesn’t align with my lifestyle anymore. I’m ready to slow down and live on the beach the rest of my life. I would never move or do anything based on any politician. That shit will never dictate anything I do in life.

Well…based on the cost of living, not a politician necessarily. The sentiment sounds great, but we see what wins politically in the country. It’s not what Mr Mamdani is selling.

You got it figured out, it’s more fun in the warmth.

    I can? Terrific.

punishing wealth is a gop argument that usually resonates with voters, unlike socialist candidates outside of deep blue enclaves.
