Well here it is a full two weeks after I received an email confirm saying both of my records had shipped and I still have not received either one. Yield has been kicking back in Dallas for the last 3 days (I live in Austin) while No Code doesn't even seem to have left the warehouse. I bet this whole system would get shitcanned immediately if 10C employees were mailed their pay checks using this Mail Innovations bullshit.

Mine has just said shipped for a couple weeks, but I don't see any tracking info like others have mentioned. Does that mean it hasn't even shipped yet? I live in San Diego if that means anything. Thanks.

Yield arrived looking like it has been run over. I'll just buy another one from the record store rather than dealing with 3 more weeks of waiting for a replacement.

Wow. that sucks, man. sorry to hear about this. I know the disappointment. I waited for the orange version of Wilco's new album. When I finally put it on last night it was warped. I don't even know if they have any replacements for it. bummer.

Mail Inovations does work at least for The Head and The Heart. That vinyl reached Toronto in lightning speed.

Yield - shipment label generated 9/1; tendered to UPS MI on 9/7 with an estimated delivery of 9/12; package arrived in California on 9/10; package "processed" on 9/14; no movement since.
No Code - shipment label generated 9/2; tendered to UPS MI on 9/12 (10 days..really 10C?!) with an estimated delivery of 9/16; package arrived in California on 9/15; package "processed" on 9/16.

Unless there is a fan club exclusive, I will never order vinyl from 10C again.

according to tracking yield was supposed to be delivered on Monday and no code + 1 single on Wednesday, other singles says only label created but got them all at once, shipping label for all of the singles created individually (but came in 1 package)
