Confirmation help from Mods or collector

I was an intern at Epic Records in 91 and my first job was to sent the 3 song cassette to the Mother Love Bone fan club

I was given an advance burn of Ten and know there is a story behind what is written on it. Picture on link below

Trying to find out if this is Jeff or Ed's handwritting on it.

Any help would be welcomed

    Check the code stamped onto the inner ring of the CD. If it matches up to the famous Reenk digits - @pdalowsky can assist I'm sure - then yeah, you're sitting on a fairly prized PJ item in collecting circles.

    Well goin back on old threads it would seems that it's Jeff and real based on the code number on the cd. So thank you for your help! I guess I found a holy grail in a box

    Wish I would have kept all the Epic yrs PJ stuff I had. Our rep knew they were my favorite and would always give me stuff. Nothing like a Reenk, but lots of stuff none of which I have any longer.
