    I also got both emails like everybody else today. I just called New Era to cancel my order because I ordered today through 10c. They told me my order was totally cancelled because I ordered with pay pal. I don't know what really happened, but you guys might want to call New Era to double check on everything

    couldn't cancel my new era order, it was too far along - now I have to mail them back before I get refunded :rage:

    Wait, so only PayPal orders were automatically cancelled? I did not pay with PayPal but only got the email that said PayPal orders are automatically cancelled but items are in stock if I wish to re-order, bla bla. Not interested in calling and talking to anyone to figure this out :lol:

    I didn't pay with PayPal, had my order cancelled, ordered the black from Ten Club, called them, reordered the blue from New Era, then got this email. I may have 2 hats coming or 4, not sure. Don't see the original order charge from New Era, I'm guessing just the new orders? Not calling again.

    Did they automatically reinstate or did you have to call them to reinstate? I'm wondering if I do nothing, will my hats show up? I paid via credit card..

    I emailed them asking about my order. Then they sent me response back saying they reprocessed it, and I should expect shipping notice in the future. I posted my exact response email above.

    I emailed them earlier today, they haven't responded but my order page says "processing". I'm just gonna let it be and it will be a surprise when the hats come :lol:. I don't really need them anyway, I just couldn't help myself.

    Let me know if you tried to buy a Wrigley black one, cause I will have an extra one I could bring to Wrigley with me and sell you at cost.

    Just got off the phone with new era. The hat was already shipped, but they are emailing me a return slip. Said not to even open the box. Just tape the return over it the main label.

    Got another "your order is shipping" email again this week with the same results. Found another email from New Era this morning apologizing and sent me a $50 gift certificate.

    For those that still haven't received anything from them, check your inbox or reach out to customer service. I never communicated with them about the order (assumed it was canceled long ago), so this was a nice surprise.
