Open the shipping email and read it, it will say no inventory

Read that email closely... mine was also a "shipping confirmation" but in bold red letters under the item, it says it will not be shipped. Was easy to miss. If they did in fact ship your hat that's great, just didn't want you to miss out if not.

Well shit, you're right. Thanks for the heads up. The email is a shipping notification saying items has been shipped so you can track it and then summarizes the "item has not shipped due to inventory".

I talked to them and they said there is nothing they can do, and the site is not updated. They are sold out. This BLOWS! Also, The website here is sold out too from what I can see.

anyone else having problems opening their order history here on site, mine won't open at all. Just trying to see the status of the hats I ordered as well. Did the same as most here and ordered right away. My other problem is that I just switched my email address here on site and I believe I ordered the hats when I had my old email.

Got the same email from Lids. Just went on to 10C and was able to order the Navy Red Sox hat. Used it as an opportunity to get some stickers and the clearance Halloween shirt from last year. I placed the order once and it kinda sent me back to the beginning, but the 2nd time it went through. I have my confirmation number - just haven't got an email confirmation yet.

A lot of times New ERA and other sites, NFL, MLB, etc all come from the same warehouse. So most likely you'll order will get canceled as well.

Lids ( New Era) cancelled my Chicago ones too. Luckily I've got the 2 Chicago style ones I ordered from Ten club sitting in my closet now. Glad I decided to do both just to make sure I didn't get hosed and get. None at all.

If it's still up for sale on 10C I'm sure it's still available

However if your purchasing it either thru MLB, socks team store or Cubs team store your order will most likely get canceled.
