New era canceling orders??

I ordered my PJ hats through new era instead of PJ... now I'm getting noticed that they are basically canceled due to no inventory? Anyone else get this?

    Just got the same email. I wish I had just ordered it from the shop here, it would be on my head right now.

    Same here, and I jumped on that presale quickly. Also ordered from the shop here a day or two ago and already got a shipping notice from 10c.

    Just got the email so I just ordered it from here. Do I need to officially cancel the new era order or does that happen automatically?

    And of course the Blue and Red Cubs one is already sold out here. I love how I ordered these from New Era two minutes after they went on sale and now can't even get the main one that I wanted. Pretty bogus.

    Yeah pretty crazy seeing as I ordered about a minute after then went on sale. How is there no inventory? Wasn't this supposed to be a pre-order?

    Received the same Era email. I was way early ordering these too.
    Hopefully 10C doesn't cancel my just placed order.

    I'm gunna assume their entire allotment of that hat went straight to 10c due to demand. I ordered instantly and now cancelled. Pretty shitty on their behalf but kudos to 10c for taking care of business. Shoulda ordered from here.

    Anyone else having issues ordering from 10C right now? Tried placing an order for the black Red Sox hat receiving the canceled order email from Lids, but it got hung up after hitting the submit order button. The money has been taken from my account, but I haven't received an order confirmation email and I can't even check my order history.

    Call customer service. What they will tell you won't make any sense, but they have about 50 blue cubs hats left in stock.

    Glad I saw this thread, may not have noticed my cancellation email. Lucky that Ten Club still has some. Only thing I didn't buy last weekend was a hat because I had one coming.

    You guys better get your orders in here before they are sold out in the shop. Sorry you all are getting hosed by the MLB site.
