    Mitchell- Thanks a ton for the video and advice you saved this hat.

    I opened the box, put it on my head and asked my wife how it looked. Her response was "It will look real nice in your collector's room as a souvenir, but you shouldn't go out in public looking like that."

    This is my first New Era hat. I can't believe people like hats this way. They look and feel like Frankenstein wearing a tent.

    Got mine today. The crown is not that high imo. After a few wears it going to break in nicely.

    we're on the same page. When you have a nut as large as mine, adding something tall to it doesn't bode well.

    got mine from Ten Club yesterday. Love it, fits well. Not that mad I still have another coming from New Era now. Just one to save for after I wear this one through.

    How to lower the crown of hat:

    1. Cover metal button with masking tape on the inside of hat
    2. Put hat on
    3. Run hairdryer on the front of hat where logo is
    4. As hat gets warm smooth hat down to your head from front to back, kind of like you would run your hands through your hair.

    Repeat a few times.

    Even after I emailed them and got response that they reinstated my order, they up and cancelled it anyway. Just got the email from PayPal about my credit back. New Error fuckers!!!

    Yeah I'm definitely not complaining haha. The only reason I bring it up is because the invoice inside the box was for almost $150.

    Yeah that's exactly how mine looks except I only ordered one hat. There's no charge on my account for the nearly $150 on the invoice (thank goodness), but there also isn't a charge for the correct hat price from New Era/Lids either. So it looks like that glitch caused them to not get paid for some of the hats either I guess.
